Ancient energy arts for the modern human Medical Qigong, Andean and Inka Energy Healing , Divination Readings for Life Guidance, Soul Retrieval & Intuitive Reconnection Transformational Healing and Coaching - Divine Safety & Purpose After more than a decade of facilitating Qigong, breathwork, ceremony and transformational work in Sweden and internationally, Sebastian brings together two ancient streams of energy cultivation - Daoist and Chinese healing arts, and Andean and Inka energy medicine - translating their wisdom into grounded practices for modern life. At the heart of his work is a question: How do we create deep safety for the body and nervous system so that the truth and intelligence already alive within us can emerge and make us fully alive and free? His work is not only about healing what hurts. It is about remembering what is already alive underneath it. Life force. Intuition. Purpose. Play. Connection. The gifts we came here to embody. Through Breath of Life, his emerging school and body of work, Sebastian explores natural healing, intuitive wisdom, soul purpose, activation of our deeper gifts and the collective unfolding of human potential. His approach weaves embodied energy work with deep listening, nature connection and practical transformation - supporting people to move from contraction and disconnection toward greater safety, vitality, clarity and alignment with who they truly are. Ultimately, his work is rooted in a simple vision - human beings living with greater aliveness, authenticity and inner freedom, while remembering that our healing is inseparable from our relationship with each other and the living Earth.
