Community Guidelines
Soma is a conscious gathering place. These guidelines help us keep it safe, respectful and authentic for everyone.
1. Community Intention
Soma is a space for embodied practices, conscious facilitation and genuine connection. Everyone who participates โ whether as a facilitator, seeker or collaborator โ is expected to honour this intention.
2. Respect & Inclusion
All members of the Soma community are expected to treat each other with respect, dignity and compassion. Discrimination, hate speech, harassment or exclusionary behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated.
3. Integrity & Transparency
Facilitators are encouraged to represent themselves honestly โ including their qualifications, experience, offerings and boundaries. Misleading information, false claims or intentional deception undermines the trust of the community.
4. Sensitive Modalities
Modalities such as tantra, shibari, sacred intimacy and somatic bodywork involve vulnerability and trust. Facilitators working in these areas are expected to maintain the highest standards of consent, safety and ethical conduct. Clear communication about what a session involves is required.
5. Collaboration Over Competition
Soma is built on the belief that we grow together. Facilitators are encouraged to support, refer and collaborate with one another. A rising tide lifts all boats.
6. Safety & Consent
All interactions on Soma โ whether online or in person โ must be rooted in enthusiastic consent. Facilitators are responsible for creating safe containers for their work. Participants have the right to withdraw consent at any time.
7. Right to Moderate
Soma reserves the right to remove content, suspend accounts or terminate memberships that violate these guidelines or compromise the safety and integrity of the community.
8. Growing Together
These guidelines will evolve as our community grows. We welcome feedback and suggestions from community members. If you see something that doesn't feel right, please reach out to info@somaembrace.com.
