1. Platform Purpose
Soma Embrace provides facilitator profiles, visibility and marketing, booking infrastructure, event listings and community-based networking opportunities. Soma is not a healthcare provider, therapy provider, escort service, or sexual services provider. Soma operates as an independent platform connecting users with independent facilitators.
2. Independent Facilitators
All facilitators on Soma are fully independent practitioners and are solely responsible for their services, ethics and conduct, qualifications and experience, client communication, pricing and payments, insurance, taxes and legal obligations, informed consent and safety practices. Soma does not supervise, control or guarantee any facilitator, service, treatment or outcome. Users engage with facilitators at their own discretion and responsibility.
3. Memberships & Payments
Facilitators pay a membership fee for access to the Soma platform. Soma does not take commission on bookings or facilitator income.
Free periods — Founding, Early and Launch members receive a free introductory period. The free period carries no obligation to continue. No payment is taken without explicit confirmation from the member.
Monthly membership (444 kr/month) — No binding period. Cancel with 1 month's notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the following billing month.
6-month membership (2 222 kr) — Paid upfront. No auto-renewal. Membership ends naturally after 6 months unless the member actively chooses to renew. A renewal notice will be sent before the period ends.
14-month membership (5 555 kr) — Paid upfront. No auto-renewal. Membership ends naturally after 14 months unless the member actively chooses to renew. A renewal notice will be sent before the period ends.
Right of withdrawal — In accordance with Swedish consumer law (distansavtalslagen), members have the right to withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact info@somaembrace.com within 14 days.
Soma reserves the right to update pricing with reasonable advance notice to existing members.
4. Bookings
Soma provides booking functionality as a convenience tool only. All agreements regarding sessions, cancellations, refunds, availability, client experience and payment for services are made directly between facilitator and client. Soma is not responsible for disputes between facilitators and users.
5. Content & Platform Rules
The following are not permitted on Soma: illegal services, explicit sexual services, prostitution or escort-related services, nudity or explicit sexual imagery, hate speech or discrimination, abusive or manipulative conduct, misleading qualifications or false information. Certain modalities such as tantra, sacred intimacy and conscious rope/shibari may be represented in an educational, therapeutic or embodied context only. Soma follows Swedish and European laws and reserves the right to remove any content considered unsafe, exploitative or inappropriate.
6. Age Requirement
Soma is intended for adults aged 18 years or older. By joining the platform, facilitators confirm they are at least 18 years old.
7. Reviews & Testimonials
Users may leave reviews or testimonials. Facilitators may review and approve testimonials before publication on their public profile. Soma reserves the right to remove reviews considered harmful, false, abusive or inappropriate.
8. Marketing & Promotional Use
By joining Soma, facilitators grant Soma Embrace permission to use profile information, profile photos, business descriptions and publicly shared content for marketing and promotional purposes including social media, newsletters, website promotion, campaigns and events. Facilitators may request removal of specific content by contacting Soma.
9. Right to Refuse or Remove Accounts
Soma reserves the right to reject applications, suspend accounts, remove profiles or content, and terminate memberships at its sole discretion, particularly when necessary for community safety, legal compliance, ethical concerns, reputation protection, or violation of these Terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
Soma Embrace is provided "as is". Soma is not liable for facilitator conduct, session outcomes, damages or losses, personal injury, disputes between users and facilitators, or technical interruptions or platform downtime. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soma's liability is limited to the amount paid for membership during the previous 3 months.
11. Privacy & Data
Use of the platform is also governed by Soma's Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to Terms
Soma may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means acceptance of the revised Terms.
