Akashic records - womb healing -Intuitive moonology guidance- Crystal Reiki- Access Bars -Angelic Healing Hi, I’m Sofia, founder of Fia Soul Wisdom, a space created from my own journey through wellness, healing, spirituality and conscious living. My work in wellness began in 2005, and over the past 20+ years I have explored and worked with different approaches to supporting the body, mind, energy and soul — from holistic bodywork and Ayurvedic-inspired practices to Reiki, crystal healing, intuitive guidance, Akashic Records and Moonology. What has become increasingly clear to me through this journey is that healing is not one-size-fits-all. Each person arrives with their own story, their own body, their own energy and their own timing. My role is not to tell someone how they should heal, but to create a safe and supportive space where they can reconnect with their own inner wisdom. Over the years, my work has naturally evolved from primarily offering individual healing sessions into creating circles, group healing experiences, retreats and collaborative spaces. I have supported women through healing circles and womb work, worked alongside men's groups, collaborated with other healers and facilitators, and expanded my work internationally through online sessions and retreats. Today, Fia Soul Wisdom is becoming more than a private healing practice. It is a space for healing, learning and conscious connection — while my work as a Holistic Concierge Connector allows me to bring together people, practitioners and communities whose work can support one another. I’m particularly drawn to spaces where different healing traditions can meet without competition — where bodywork, energy work, spirituality, somatic practices, ceremony, intuition and conscious connection can each be respected as different doorways into deeper awareness. This is what makes me excited to connect with the SOMA community. I see myself not only as a facilitator, but also as a connector, collaborator and lifelong student of healing — bringing my experience, curiosity and heart into spaces where people are coming together to explore what it means to live more consciously and in greater alignment with themselves.
