My interest in this work began with a simple curiosity about my own wellbeing. I wanted to find a more effective way to respond to life in times of challenge, and over time I discovered that these moments often hold deep insight. Meeting them taught me how to find greater clarity and connection, not only within myself, but in the way I relate to the world around me.
I trained professionally in psychology and have explored a range of holistic practices, including yoga, meditation, Reiki, Thai massage, NLP, shamanic healing and hypnosis. Each has offered a different way of understanding the relationship between mind, body and experience, and together they inform how I approach this work.
Beyond training, my approach is shaped by my own path, the challenges, insights and lessons I have gathered along the way. I bring a grounded, attentive presence to my work, creating a space where people can begin to reconnect with themselves in a way that feels steady, real and held.
For me, healing is not about fixing what is broken, but restoring connection, to the body, the mind and a deeper sense of self. By creating space to acknowledge what has been held, there is an opportunity to understand, release and return to what was always there.
