Behind Presence Movement you find me, Emelie. I work with yoga, embodiment, energy work and body therapy. Rooted in hatha yoga, somatic energy healing and Life Force Activation, I work as a space holder and guide people home to their body and life force. My work rests on a grounded and tantric approach where the body becomes a pathway into presence, energy and deeper contact with your true essence. Through the body's intelligence and the movement of energy, what longs to soften, open and emerge is given space to unfold in its own time.
